Flanged diaphragm seals model FS with a flush welded 

diaphragm are used for contaminated, solidifying, hot or

highly viscous media, when flange connections are required

Options for diaphragm seal

  • Flange Type: ANSI B16.5 Raised Face (RF) or Ring Type Joint (RTJ), EN 1092 Form B

  • Connection to pressure instrument 1/2” BSPF, capillary or without (12mm hole)

  • Flange material available in Hastelloy, Monel, Titanium

  • Diaphragm and wetted part materials available in Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Tantalum, Titanium, Zirconium

  • Coatings available in Gold, Rhodium, PFA and PTFE

  • Other flange and diaphragm materials on request

  • Other flange types and sealing face
