Triclamp Seal 

A tri-clamp diaphragm seal is a specialized type of

diaphragm seal designed for use in sanitary applications,

often found in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and

biotechnology industries. The tri-clamp connection allows

for easy assembly and disassembly, making it ideal for

processes that require frequent cleaning and maintenance.

Standard Specifications 

  • Process connection: electro polished AISI316 St. St. 

  • Diaphragm: electro polished AISI316L St. St. TIG welded 

  • Seal fill: non toxic oil for food service FDA approved
