Optimus Seal

The model BFS is suitable for when the seal face is

too small to accommodate the larger diaphragms

needed to measure smaller pressures. This design

allows for a larger diaphragm on a small flange

connection. Bolt holes ensure suitability for a wider

range of applications

  • Body material: AISI 316L

  • Wetted parts and diaphragm material: AISI 316L 

  • Surface roughness of wetted parts: Ra ≤ 0.8 µm 

  • Diaphragm diameter: depends on flange size 

  • Minimum span for PG: 1 bar (depends on flange size) 

  • Maximum range: as flange rating 

  • Process connection: ASME / ANSI B16.5. DIN / EN1092 

  • Flange size: ½”, ¾”, 1”, 1.½” 

Options for diaphragm seal

  • Other instrument connection: NPT, capillary socket or without (12 mm hole)
